Both the Nutrition Plan and the Workout Plan will be adjusted along with your progress. Adjustment needs are determined by weekly feedback submitted via e-mail, and weekly submissions also help keep you accountable! Our certified and experienced trainers will make sure you keep having fun and getting results. Personal Training has never been more affordable!
With that program, you work out on your own according to our personalized program, and we provide the detailed nutrition plan. Every week you send us your feedback, pictures, measurements and your weight. We adjust everything along with your progress!
You will be required to fill out a weekly report to understand what did or didn’t go well that week. We want to see your progress, what you are struggling with and what we can do to help you stay on track.
