Whether you’re looking to fit in your bikini or planning a shred for summer, you can tone up with our complete training and nutrition  Spring Bikini Program!

WHAT IS THE 4-week Spring Bikini Challenge?

• • – 4-week fitness and nutrition contest.
  • – PERSONAL TRAINING with semi-private groups (4 people max per group) up to 7 days a week at Kamloops Fit Centre!
  • – A customized nutrition plan with recipes
  • – Daily online support from our team and participants
  • – DAILY review of your nutrition/activity log during the first weeks; twice a week review for 2-4 weeks.
  • – WEEKLY feedback on your reports (progress pictures, measurements, physical and emotional state)
  • – Access to private Facebook group for motivation and support
  • – Accountability  – if you are late more than 24 hours for your report submission, you are not eligible for prizes.

CURRENT Members:

The registration fee for Xmas Bikini Challenge (add-on to your current active membership) – $60 plus GST.

Contest Requirements

• – Active Facebook account
• – Reliable Internet access and basic computer knowledge
• – 27-day commitment
• – Weekly Reports – you need a scale and measuring tape
• – All levels and body shapes are welcome!

HOW DO I WIN?

You need to fill out your log eat/sleep/workout daily and physical/mental state report weekly. If a participant is late for more than 24 hours, then they are not eligible for prizes. The winner will be a person who completes all nutrition logs and weekly reports, workout at least 3 times a week. We will draw a lucky name at the end of the challenge.
