Rosalind is a BCRPA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 15 years experience. She believes health and fitness are foundations to improving all aspects of life and loves to see people achieve their fitness goals and build confidence.
Her love of training began from dance and Track and Field as a kid. She first joined a gym at 16 years old and has been hooked ever since. She is continually researching and trying out new training methods. Rosalind has competed in fitness model category and runs and hikes recreationally. She runs competitively occasionally with a personal best 10K time of under 40 min.
